1. Start Date: 14/05/2025 at 12:01am End Date: 11/12/2025 at 05:30pm

2. Entry is open to all Australian Residents who interact with participating businesses per the entry terms below. Employees of the participating businesses, and agencies, and/or companies associated with the conduct of this competition, are ineligible to enter.

3. Any entrants under 18 years of age must obtain the consent of a parent of guardian prior to submitting an entry. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded on their behalf to a parent or guardian.

4. Customers must complete the entry form via the website http://liveloveshop.com.au within the promotional period. Customers must provide photo of receipt of entry form along with Full Name, Contact Number, and email address.

5. Minimum Spend required specific to participating business for eligibility in promotion. Minimum Spend at retail outlets $25.00 (Boat Supplies, Pedemonte Jewellers, Mark Forbes Homemakers, Nicks Carpet Court). Minimum spend at Automotive outlets $100.00 (Eyre Car Centre). Minimum spend at Mitre 10 $25.00 and complete purchase using Mighty Rewards card or Trade Account. Minimum Spend at Total Tools $25.00 and complete purchase using Insiders Card or Trade Account. Minimum Spend at Intersport $25.00 and complete purchase using Intersport Membership Card. Minimum Spend at Betta Home Living $75.00 and complete purchase using Betta Rewards Card.

6. Entrants may enter multiple times provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with the entry requirements above. There is a limit of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction. By completing the entry requirements, the entrant will receive one (1) entry. For clarity, entrants must fully fill out the online entry form every time they enter the promotion.

7. The total prize pool value is AUD $21,500.00

8. The major prize will be drawn first, followed by minor prize 1 and then minor prize 2 to ensure all entrants have equal chance of winning the major prize. All valid entries will be a part of the draw even where the entry was previously drawn as a Monthly Prize Winner

9. Monthly Prize Draws are drawn electronically by way of random number generator from the entries accumulated since the previous draw. Draws will be completed on at 9am on the below dates at 76 – 82 Mortlock Tce, Port Lincoln, SA, 5606. Winners have 14 days to claim their prize or they will be forfeited

10. Major and Minor Prize Draw
Winners will be randomly selected electronically by random number generator. Winners will be drawn in front of the Directors of the Group and in front of an independent scrutineer or JP. Draw will be completed on at 7.00 pm on 11/12/2025 at 1 Eyre Street, Port Lincoln, SA, 5606. The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn or where a prize is unclaimed.

11. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

12. Monthly Prize Draw - Winners notified on the day of the draw by phone and email and announced on Live Love Shop EP Social Platforms and website https://www.liveloveshop.com.au. The last name, first initial and postcode of each winner will be published within 30 days of the drawing.

13. Minor and Major Prize Draw - Winners will be notified on the day of the draw via phone and email. Results will be published on Live Love Shop EP Social Platforms and website https://www.liveloveshop.com.au. The last name, first initial and postcode of each winner will be published within 30 days of the drawing.

14. Minor and Major Prize Draw Prize Winners have two (2) months from the draw date to claim the prize by responding to the email notification. Where a winner does not claim the prize within the two (2) months the prize will be foregone. After a winner has claimed their prize it will be made available to them within one (1) month of the date the winner claimed the prize.

15. Minor and Major Prize Draw Prizes must be claimed by 11/02/2026 at 12:00pm. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 02/04/2026 at the same time and address of the original draw.

16. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the redraw date. The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of each winner will be published at https://www.liveloveshop.com.au within 30 days of the redraw date for a period of 30 days. Please note, where a winner has requested that their name and postcode not be published the promoter shall abide by this.

17. SA Permit T25/737
